1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jliaaa, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise interacting with any component of the jliaaa gaming platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (the PAGCOR Charter) and all rules, regulations, and orders issued thereunder.

jliaaa operates under the regulatory authority and license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming services offered on the jliaaa platform are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and the Operator is required to comply with all PAGCOR directives, audits, and regulatory requirements. As a condition of service, Players agree to cooperate with any lawful PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to create an account or participate in real-money gaming on jliaaa. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jliaaa reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued identification bearing your photograph, full legal name, date of birth, and signature. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by jliaaa may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of account balances.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The jliaaa platform is intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You may not access jliaaa services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jliaaa complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws.

Players located in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is illegal, restricted, or requires additional licensing may not create accounts, deposit funds, or place wagers on jliaaa. The Operator reserves the right to refuse service, void wagers, and confiscate account balances if a Player is found to be accessing jliaaa services from a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from using jliaaa services:

• Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years;
• Persons who are self-excluded from gambling services;
• Persons with outstanding debts to jliaaa or any affiliated gaming operator;
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and affiliates of jliaaa and their immediate family members;
• Employees and officials of PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• Persons who have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from jliaaa or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on jliaaa, you must create a Player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and valid government-issued identification number.

You may register only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false, misleading, or borrowed information are strictly prohibited. jliaaa employs advanced fraud detection and duplicate account identification systems. Any Player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts immediately terminated, and all funds, bonuses, and winnings forfeited without recourse.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

Upon successful registration, you will select a username and password to access your jliaaa account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify jliaaa of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jliaaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. The Operator strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of jliaaa's obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR directives, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide any documents or information reasonably requested by jliaaa to verify your identity, age, residential address, and source of funds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of the initial request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balances in accordance with applicable AML regulations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

jliaaa accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.), and over-the-counter cash payments at authorized partner locations (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier).

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Deposits are credited to Player accounts in real-time or within a reasonable processing period, depending on the payment method used. jliaaa does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of demonstrable processing errors attributable to jliaaa.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal amounts must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and AML compliance purposes.

jliaaa reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits in cases where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jliaaa platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their banks or payment service providers.

5. Wagering and Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jliaaa platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, and jliaaa does not manipulate, alter, or predetermine results in favor of the house or any individual Player.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and table games are published on the jliaaa website and are subject to ongoing regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All wagers placed on jliaaa are subject to acceptance by the Operator. jliaaa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving technical malfunctions, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Wagers are considered final and binding once accepted by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their wagers before confirmation. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be reported to jliaaa customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

5.3 Voided or Cancelled Games

In the event that a game is interrupted, cancelled, or otherwise voided due to technical issues, system malfunctions, or circumstances beyond the Operator's control, all wagers placed on that game will be refunded to Player accounts. jliaaa is not liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or opportunity costs arising from voided games.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, jliaaa may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Players must review and accept the applicable bonus terms before opting into any promotion.

Bonus funds are separate from real money balances and cannot be withdrawn until all stated wagering requirements have been satisfied. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jliaaa strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordination with other Players to exploit promotional offers, wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of promotional campaigns.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and account balances forfeited, and their accounts will be permanently closed without refund.

7. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using jliaaa services:

• Underage gambling or assisting minors in accessing the platform;
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to place wagers or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Money laundering or using jliaaa services for illegal financial transactions;
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward jliaaa staff or other Players;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from jliaaa software;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence.

Violation of any provision in this section will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by jliaaa

jliaaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Bonus abuse or other forms of prohibited activity;
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks;
• Regulatory or legal requirements imposed by PAGCOR or Philippine authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting jliaaa customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jliaaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from the harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications to alert Players of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent exclusion from jliaaa services.

Self-excluded Players will be prohibited from accessing their accounts, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period and cannot be undone, even upon Player request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, audio-visual materials, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the jliaaa platform are the exclusive property of jliaaa, its licensors, or third-party game providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jliaaa services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the jliaaa platform without prior written consent from the Operator.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jliaaa collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using jliaaa services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jliaaa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of jliaaa services.

In no event shall jliaaa's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jliaaa account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jliaaa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of jliaaa services;
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jliaaa services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jliaaa customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation and resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Amendments to Terms

jliaaa reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the jliaaa website. Your continued use of jliaaa services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease using jliaaa services and close your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jliaaa Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jliaaa regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties.
